How we handle your information

What we collect

• The name, business name, email and phone number you enter before the Business Health Check.
• Your Health Check ratings, the optional three-year vision you write and the focus areas you pick.
• How you found us (for example, a referral link) and, if you book a call, the booking time from Calendly.

How we use it

• To show your results, email you your private link and prepare for your results call.
• To follow up about your results. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Where it's stored

Your answers save to a private link made just for you, plus our customer records in Google Workspace and HubSpot. Your progress is also kept in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. Only Will and the tools that run Catalyst can see it.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their marketing.

Your choices

Email to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within one business day.
