Howdy! I'm Will Whitehill.

I've spent more than 12 years advising enterprise executives and building operating systems that keep teams running efficiently. I started Catalyst to bring that same discipline to owner-led businesses, the ones that hold our communities together.

My calling is simple: help small businesses grow, thrive and change the world. I build the systems, put the right habits in place and walk algonside you every step of the way.
